Bay Close Court self-catering apartments have been finished to the very highest standards and specifications. Each of the ten adults-only holiday apartments have stylish modern interiors finished with the best quality fixtures you would expect from luxury modern holiday accommodation, and all have central heating.

Our two Penthouse apartments sleep 2-6 people and have a large lounge and dining area leading onto a balcony giving superb views across Freshwater Bay and the Isle of Wight coastline. The well equipped kitchen is fitted with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Two lovely bedrooms, one with spectacular sea views, lead off the entrance hall which also has a luxury bathroom. The ground floor and first floor holiday flats have an identical layout, with a large lounge and an integral well appointed kitchen and breakfast bar, and enjoys either sea or garden views. Each kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Leading from the lounge is a spacious double bedded room and luxury bathroom with shower. The ground floor holiday flats have the benefit of a conservatory and small garden.

All the apartments feature solid oak furniture, colour flatscreen TV with DVD player, linen and towels supplied with beds made up for your arrival, and a superb range of kitchen equipment and fixtures.
